Soave Broia is a wine of good aromatic complexity, powerful, elegant and with remarkable freshness and minerality. Mineral in the nose with hints of white flowers and peach.

Fresh and salty in the mouth echos of white flowers and fruit. The aim is to express the calcareous and alluvial soil of Broia terroir and the partial vinification in oak enhances the complexity and longevity of this Soave.
