AMARONE DELLA VALPOLICELLA
l’Amarone Roccolo Grassi è un vino di grande struttura e morbidezza, in cui si ricerca grande equilibrio, finezza e complessità; un vino in cui i tannini sono dolcissimi ma presenti e in grado di dare lunghezza e profondità al vino
Ha un colore rosso rubino molto intenso; al naso si ritrovano sentori di ciliegia, di piccoli frutti rossi, prugna, spezie, tabacco ed erbe aromatiche.
E’ un vino molto fine e complesso, in cui questi aromi che si percepiscono al naso, siritrovano poi in bocca e con il tempo diventeranno sempre più fini, precisi e complessi.

Roccolo Grassi Amarone is a wine of great structure and softness. Its aim is to feature great balance, finesse and complexity. Here tannins are very sweet but appreciable with good length and depth.
Its colour is an intense ruby red; hints of cherry, red berries , plum, spice, tobacco and herbs are noticeable on the nose.
It’s a very fine wine, complex , where the aromas perceived on the nose, and yet again in the mouth, become more defined, intricate and finer with time.
With its great character and personality this Amarone expresses the distinctive terroir of Roccolo Grassi vineyards, which confer inimitable notes of spices, tobacco, ripe fruit and herbs.
